Yoga and Somatics for the Back

Many of us suffer from back ache, back injuries and chronic back pain. This can continue for years with what seems like no relief in sight. But there is relief. It just takes a small daily commitment to follow a relaxing regimen of exercises.

I have found doing the exercises posted below every 1-2 days for the last 6 months has helped eliminate my lower back pain. Also, I can recover quickly when I do re-injure my back or it becomes achy due to long travel. I hope many of you find the same results.
